Take your performance to the next level with our Sport Performance training options. We have programs for general health and wellness or sport specific programs and offer both of these options in-person or online through our remote coaching option.

Sports Specific Coaching

1-on-1
$85 per session

Sports Specific Performance training designed around you, your sport, your goals and your lifestyle. Have an injury that you want to work around? No problem. Want to prevent future injuries? No problem. Each program is individually tailored to each client. The best part is, the more sessions you buy, the cheaper your training becomes!

1 session = $85/session

5 sessions= $400 = $80/session

10 sessions = $780 = $78/session

15 sessions = $1125 = $75/session

20 sessions = $1400 = $70/session

Sessions are typically 60 minutes unless otherwise noted.

*First session with any new client is a formalized evaluation to see where you are so we can create the best program for you!*

Small group personal training

Starting at 3+ people
$120 per session for 3 people = $40/person

Workouts are always better with friends. Motivate each other, push each other, challenge each other and achieve your goals together! #squadgoals

Small group pricing available for 3-5 people.

The more people you have, the cheaper it is per person, the more sessions you buy, the cheaper it is per session.

So grab at least 2 of your closest friends and contact us for additional pricing options!

Dry Needling and Cupping services

Take your performance to the next level!
$20 / $35 Per treatment session

Current patients or clients that want to drop in for Dry Needling only appointments or Cupping only appointments can do so for just $20.

Non-patients/clients (friends, family members, etc) that want to try Dry Needling or Cupping can do so for the non-patient/client rate of just $35.
