Remote Coaching is offered as an additional service for those near and far. The individualized programs are developed similar to in-person programs but without an in-person or telemedicine initial assessment to identify specific impairments in strength, movement patterns, mobility, flexibility, stability etc. Instead, Remote Coaching relies heavily on your initial intake form where you specific your goals, what sports you’re involved in, your lifestyle habits and where you feel you are struggling currently. From there, we have a few pricing options to fit your needs! We also have some generalized programs which does not include an initial intake form or customization.

Phone consultation

A Trainerize client profile – which gives you convenience and access to your training program, including instructional videos on proper exercise technique. You can access your program at any time or any place either online or on your mobile phone through the app.

All programming includes daily injury prevention & corrective exercises.

Anyone that wants a customized remote coaching program will need to complete the initial intake form below, make sure you provide contact numbers, email address and name so we can give you a call to understand the information you provided on the intake form and formulate a personalized remote training program specific to you!

Please indicate if you are interested in the 3 days/week program or the 4-5 days/week program. If you are unsure, give me a call and we can discuss the options and find a program that works best for you. The 4-5 days/week program will have a lot more volume than the 3 days/week program and is usually recommended for those who are currently and consistently working out at a similar intensity.

All programs and templates will be accessible through the Trainerize platform. You can access to your program online or on the app at any time and in any place, for your convenience. I have included many instructional videos on proper exercise technique for a reference as well.

All generalized remote coaching templates include the set number of workouts per week which can be found next to program description. Each workout is divided into: dynamic warm-up, core activation, workout specific mobility/muscle activation exercises, 3-4 supersets of exercises specific to your program, additional corrective exercises/prehab work and stretching.

It is recommended that you complete the workout as it is listed, including keeping supersets together and not skipping around. If you have difficulty performing any exercise or unusual pain, symptoms, etc. please stop the exercise and contact me for comparable substitutions to the exercise that works for you.

The exception(s) to the above is: High Intensity Interval Training Program, Home (no equipment) Program & the Abs of Steel Program which do not have specific days/week indicated and don’t follow the workout scheme described above. These programs instead have many exercises, organized by equipment needed (if any) or body part and you can pick as many as you want on any given day. We offer recommendations in the template instructions once it is linked to your name and email address.
