General Templates for Injury Prevention

These templates are generalized to prevent common injuries caused by limitations in mobility, flexibility, core strength and stability. Customized programs available for more complex issues or multiple injuries. A telemedicine movement evaluation is recommended, but not required, for these personalized injury prevention programs.

Mobility Templates

Upper body, Lower Body, Spine templates

Upper body mobility includes: shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand

Lower body mobility includes: hip/pelvis, knee, ankle, foot

Spine mobility includes: cervical, thoracic, lumbar, sacrum

You will have access to these mobility templates for 1 month unless otherwise noted.

All mobility templates contain multiple workouts. If you look at the title of each workout you will notice I have divided them by joint/body part for your convenience. Each workout has many different options for mobilizing that joint, depending on what you have available to you (powerband, trx, step, wall, pvc, etc) and the workouts have been organized by level (from beginner to advanced) based on your current mobility.

You DO NOT have to complete all the exercises for a specific joint. With that being said, if you are not sure where you fall on the beginner to advanced mobility spectrum, please start low and if you don’t have any pain or difficulty performing the exercise you can move to the next level of mobility for that specific joint.

If you look at the title of each workout you will notice they are titled based on the body part you will be stretching for your convenience. Each workout has many different options, depending on what you have available to you (powerband, trx, step, wall, pvc, etc) and the workouts have been organized by level (from beginner to advanced) based on your current flexibility.

You DO NOT have to complete all the exercises for a specific body part. With that being said, if you are not sure where you fall on the beginner to advanced flexibility spectrum, please start low and if you don’t have any pain or difficulty performing the exercise you can move to the next level of stretch for that specific body part.

All injury prevention/prehab/corrective exercise templates include 2 complete workouts. Each workout is divided into 4 main strengthening supersets based on the goal of the specific program you have selected.

You DO NOT have to complete the entire workout at one time. With that being said, it is NOT recommended to cherry pick or randomly choose exercises in the template, the supersets were programmed together for a reason and it is recommended that these supersets be performed together. The supersets are programmed with purpose, to evenly work and balance common deficits without overly fatiguing one specific muscle group/area.
